Sản phẩm được tích hợp công nghệ chống spam và bộ lọc URL hàng đầu của Trend Micro và có khả năng đồng bộ với Active Directory giúp quản lý người dùng dễ dàng hơn.

Trend Micro Office Scan version 10 được tích hợp thêm công nghệ Smart Protection Network độc quyền của Trend Micro. Cụ thể là 2 công nghệ Web Reputation và File Reputation giúp bảo vệ các endpoint một các hiệu quả hơn và tiết kiệm được tài nguyên hệ thống hơn so với phiên bản 8. Các plug-in mềm dẻo hơn, được bổ sung thêm các tính năng như Device Control và Host-based Intrusion-Prevention System (HIPS optional-phải mua thêm). Hỗ trợ thêm nhiều hệ điều hành (Windows Server 2008, Windows 7,…) hỗ trợ các môi trường ảo hóa (VMware ESX, VMware Server, VMware Workstation, Microsoft Virtualization Server 2005,…).
